Mason is an international consultant experienced in fundraising, lending options, and managing business turnarounds in countries such as USA, China, UAE, South Korea, Netherlands, and Switzerland. He is the managing partner of PacificShore Ventures Inc. Mr. Habib collaborates with his clients to fully understand their current circumstances and business objectives by presenting solutions to improve their businesses through the variety of financial techniques such as bridge loans, lines of credit, asset-backed loans and leveraged buyouts.

Prior to founding PacificShore Ventures, Mason also worked for a merchant bank in Hong Kong, Silverbear Capital Inc., where he successfully assisted clients in finalizing loans and completing M&A transactions. He currently works as a consultant for private equity firms., where his team performs due diligence services on mid-large size companies of a broad range of sectors such as Consumer, Technology, Energy, Discretionary, Business Services and not-for-profit entities. Mason strives to provide transformational leadership, change management, and insightful recommendations while consistently exceeding client expectations.
