Shakiel Malik is an accomplished London based software sales and marketing executive having founded an AI software company whose intellectual property was sold. Shakiel then led the sales function of an EMEA startup business unit for the Oracle Corporation. Prior to this Shakiel led the sales function of a Governance, Risk & Compliance software company that was acquired by Thomson Reuters.

Shakiel co-founded a London based International telecoms wholesale company selling carrier traffic, rapidly growing the business which was then sold to an Asian based technology group after two years. Shakiel has generated hundred of millions of US Dollars in profit for these respective corporations and specializes in establishing beach-head sales in new markets and then scaling the revenues with a hands-on approach, consequently increasing the value of the organization in preparation for an IPO or a trade sale.

After gaining a degree in electronics and computing in 1989, Shakiel Malik began his career by joining the graduate engineering training program at Hewlett Packard, designing test and measurement systems for use in applications for organizations such as Marconi, British Aerospace, Racal, Ferranti and Phillips Research. As an executive at PacificShore Ventures, Shakiel will be leading the M&A business strategy activities.
